SEE THE WORK THAT WAS PRESENTED
We are a group of writers, artists, and multimedia practioners and researchers, a.k.a. the Creatives, examining the effect of AI on creative arts and demonstrating our ability to adapt ... or not.
Our goals are practical: to present and publish ways in which AI can be helpful in creative endeavours, and to look at problems AI can create and suggest ways to mitigate those negative effects.
The Creatives' findings are published in the Ascenti book,
at the symposium, and in
"The Ascenti Exhibition of Original Human and AI Art."
Project Principals are: Dr. Lorene Shyba and Dr. James R. Parker
Lorene is publisher and director at Durvile & UpRoute, Calgary
